While she was working as an intern with HSBC Private Bank between January of 2007 and July of 2008, Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar was placed on a cross-collaboration team, and she was asked to develop new ways to encourage the bank to communicate and work effectively with other segment partners. This was a role that required Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar to think creatively, coming up with campaigns that could educate and motivate, so she could deliver results to her supervisors. By all accounts, she was successful in her work, and the cross-collaboration results began to flow almost immediately.

Running a successful business means developing long-ranging plans that can improve market share and decrease losses. While she was completing an internship with HBSC Bank, she was asked to create a regional business plan, including the development and execution of integrated sales and investment strategies. It was a remarkable achievement, and provided Stephanie Cordeiro Cesar with valuable experience.
