Tom Vu

The best thing that can be said about Tom Vu is that his late night infomercials were entertaining. Perhaps they were not meant in fun, but Tom Vus infomercials of the 1980s to 1990s were nothing if not silly. The theme was a boastful Vu, surrounded by luxury, spouting reasons watchers should go to his seminars. The fact that the luxury included women in bikinis could only leave one to guess about how the seminars would bring them.

The basis of Tom Vus seminars and books was shaky if not verging on illegal. It involved making deals on distressed or foreclosing properties without actually buying them. Long before the time came to close, Vu suggested getting someone else to take over as buyer. This new buyer would pay an amount somewhere between the amount the real estate dealer paid and the actual value of the property. In theory, everyone could make money.

However, the reality of Tom Vus methods was that they were impractical. Almost no seller would accept the types of terms he suggested. For example, no one would want to sell a house with $10 down or at 50% of market value. Yet Tom Vu recommended both. Few, if any, saw returns from these $1000+ seminars. While Tom Vu had a certain kind of strange appeal, there was little truth in the information he was selling.

Tom Vu no longer makes the infomercials, thus depriving late night audiences of a certain amount of fun. Instead, he lives in the western part of the US, participating in poker tournaments as a fairly successful player.

Traffic Circuit A Virtuall

Traffic Circuit offers clients the opportunity to have 10,000 to 1,000,000 visitors to their website, depending on the level of the package they purchase. They claim that these are more than just hits, they are actual high quality visitors. Although they ask the difference between hits and visitors in their FAQ section, they really do not answer the question. Suffice it to say that they are telling clients that visitors will actually see the information on their site.

There is little to be found on the Internet about Traffic Circuit. Perhaps it is because the company is fairly new, or maybe the company simply has little business. If prospective clients wish to contact the Traffic Circuit, they can only fill in a request for contact. There is no email address to send a question to or phone number they can call for further information. Prospective clients are at the mercy of Traffic Circuit when it comes to customer service.

Traffic Circuit offers packages for mainstream or targeted visitors. The smallest deals cost very little and offer clients very much. It almost seems a bit too good to be true. The company supplies statistics on visitors to their clients website; however, they do add a disclaimer that their statistics will not always coincide with the clients counter because of special circumstances. It all seems a little too convenient. Unless and until Traffic Circuit has a more established reputation, it may be a good idea to steer clear of their services. At the present time, it is relatively unknown.

TrafficEqualizer.com

TrafficEqualizer.com

TrafficEqualizer.com is selling software that is supposed to help clients drive customers to their websites. This is done through a high-tech and somewhat shady method of search engine optimization. Clients are advised that after importing a list of pertinent keywords and filling in a form, the Traffic Equalizer software will automatically create pages based on good SEO methods.

TrafficEqualizer.com is not a particularly popular site, possibly because of its questionable practices. The company does offer good service features such as free upgrades, a tutorial for the software, and software to find good keywords. However, the usefulness of an automatically written webpage is not a sure thing. Google and other search engines will be able to distinguish these mock SEO practices in the near future if they cannot already do so.

The word on TrafficEqualizer.com is that their product is a no-cost method. The method may be free, but the software costs around $100. The TrafficEqualizer.com website may be even less popular if not for the 50% commission to affiliates who send clients their way.

Still, there have been many people who were satisfied with the traffic they seem to have received as a result of using TrafficEqualizer.com. These people have found the software easy to work with, productive, and effective. They
find that they can produce results with minimum effort. People who have the $97 to plunk down for a program that may or may not work the way they want it to can jump right in and buy. Others will want to think twice.

TrafficSwarm.com

TrafficSwarm.com

TrafficSwarm.com provides a system in which users can get traffic to their websites. The way it works is that every user has a link on TrafficSwarm.com to their website. The user can then earn credits by clicking on the links of other website owners. Just as the user is going to the different websites, others are visiting his or her website.

The rhetoric on TrafficSwarm.com indicates that the service guarantees plenty of visitors to a users website. The privacy and anti-spam policies are strict and guaranteed to be enforced. What is more, there is a long discourse of the methods TrafficSwarm.com uses to weed out cheaters who would take unfair advantage of the system. For example, users are not allowed to use automatic clicking to earn credits. They must actually visit the website for a given amount of time.

The problems with TrafficSwarm.com are harder to determine. For one thing, very little is said on the website about these credits. There is very little mention of what they are good for and how many it takes to get some advantage. Another problem is that all the people who are clicking around on TrafficSwarm.com are entrepreneurs themselves. They are not trying to find products to buy; they want to sell. This creates a situation in which visitors to the website owners sites are not serious potential customers.

TrafficSwarm.com has been used with some success by some people. It is good for what it is, but one must always remember what that is. It is a community of like-minded website owners that all want basically the same thing.

Vincent James

Vincent James has written a book called How I Made $77 Million in Two Years And You Can Too! In the book, he outlines the success tactics he used in his 1994-95 direct-mail campaign that earned him his millions. The book has been around for several years. Now, it is being followed by a set of 6 DVDs plus MP3 material all under the heading of The 12-Month Millionaire Seminar.

In all his products, Vincent James gives extensive details on how to go about earning the big bucks. He does not stop at inspirational messages or business theory. Instead, he gives all the minutiae of working the everyday business. There is information on everything from what kinds of ads to use and when to use them, to the scoop on mailing lists. James is offering the seminar package at about $400, with a note that it will soon be going for $1000. If all the information in the package is as good as it sounds, it seems a small price to pay.

On his online sales page for the Rebel Millionaire, Vincent James again offers a chance to get dozens of different types of specific advice. He does exaggerate about his income in the sales letter. He would have been okay if he had said he made more than any one of the CEOs he mentioned but to say that he made more than all of them combined is pretty farfetched. Perhaps he is just prone to big talk. He does seem to say what is on his mind, often using graphic language to make his points. At any rate, the ideas seem to have some merit. The question is whether they are worth the price demanded for them.
