You can search through the recipes by ingredients. This can make it helpful if you want to find recipes using items you have on hand already.

Diet.com has a premium program you can upgrade. The cost depends on how many weeks you choose to subscribe. When you upgrade you have access to more features on diet.com. You get one on one consultations and meal reviews by a dietician. This can be helpful in making sure you are preparing meals that fit into your diet plan.
